Specialized applications geared to the individual needs of utility companies were developed for the open Geo data server TOPOBASE™. They are available as standard solutions and have already been sucessfully installed by numerous customers. These user modules interlock and all information is saved in the central database. They are mutually able to be randomly combined and are supplemented to the comprehensive GIS.

Moreover, the users can define the entire media themselves and according to need in the simplest way, build up cadastral applications or applications for which till now, no suitable software package exists.

ORACLE Spatial and Autodesk Products

Based on the relational database system ORACLE with the spatial cartridge, the complete data inventory (geometry, topology, meta- and attribute data) is administered with TOPOBASE™ into one single environment. With the concept of long transactions and version management several users are able to work together on the database, without any inconsistency. The smooth integration of the system into a heterogeneous IT-environment is ensured. The users valuable existing data can be taken over trouble-free.
Further corporate data are intergrated to SAP by way of direct connection.
Without lengthy training, access and utilization of the data is possible for anyone that is equipped with Web-Browser .
For the graphic presentation and layout, Autodesk – MAP, Envision and Map Guide - is used. The open architecture also allows the use of different geograhic information systems e.g. GeoMedia, ArcView, and MapInfo.

Import/export in INTERLIS in the distinct data models, such as SIA, SVGW, VSA/DSS, etc..
