ISSUE Information Technology Official Dealer of TOPOBASE™ in the Netherlands

During an informal meeting at the premises of ISSUE Information Technology in Rotterdam, Mr. Nico Ruikes of ISSUE signed a partner contract with the company c-plan from Switzerland and became an official dealer of the GIS Product TOPOBASE™.

“We didn’t decide quickly with our decision to become dealer of TOPOBASE”, Nico Ruikes says. “But after thorough analyses of the software by our specialists and having a close look at the manufacturer c-plan AG in Switzerland, we were impressed by the professionalism in software development of this company.
